The Taiwan Business District focuses on smart grid electrical appliances, implementing major projects such as the Shanghai Honglida Smart Distribution Network Product R&D and Manufacturing Base, DPL Energy Technology, and the Smart Grid Electrical Appliance Industrial Park. It has signed agreements to introduce more than 20 upstream and downstream supporting enterprises, initially building a smart grid electrical appliance industry chain. The district aims to create a regional hub for the electrical appliance industry, forming a development model of "major projects - industry chain - industrial cluster - industrial base."
